Despite a late-March snow and cold blustery winds, a very good crowd came to WCCC to hear Dr. Wecht and our 2011 Candidates. The event was sponsored by Westmoreland County Democratic Committee, 5th District Democratic Club, and the Westmoreland County Labor Council.
